Parent/Teacher Conferences

 

Parent-Teacher Conference Scheduling for ALL Grades (PK-12)
 

2013 Spring Conferences: March 12th and  14th 5:00-8:30 p.m.
 
Parent-Teacher Conference registration for  grades PK_12 is web-based. If you plan to attend conferences on either day, please download the registration directions and then click on the website link below to sign-up for conferences. This link is for Gilbert parents/guardians only.  Online sign-up will open on February 1st, at 4:00 P.M.

Important Notes!

  • Teachers will host conferences in their rooms unless otherwise noted on the building maps.

  • Home base teacher conferences are for students in grades 5 and 6 only.  Parents of 5th and 6th grade students need to sign up for only one conference with only the home base teacher.

  • Parents of elementary school students need to sign-up for only one 15-minute time slot with your child's homeroom teacher.

  • Not sure which teachers to meet with?  Log into your PowerSchool account to view your child's schedule.

  • There is no travel time between conferences so please plan accordingly.  Building maps are located here.    

  • The system will generate one email confirmation per conference registration.
