| Gilbert CSD has selected One Call Now to provide our emergency alerts. One Call Now connects directly to PowerSchool for the phone and email data upload. On a daily basis, we upload the following from PowerSchool: home phone number, contact 1 cell phone number, and contact 1,2, and 3 emails. |

| Family Profile Feature – Parents can add phone numbers and emails not uploaded from PowerSchool |
| As mentioned, we are only uploading the home phone, contact 1 cell phone and contact 1,2,3 emails into the system from PowerSchool. If you wish to enter in more phone numbers and emails, please access the Family Profile site by clicking here or on the banner below. Login using your child’s last name and the home phone number. Complete the login and entering of phone numbers and emails for each child at each building. If all of your children are at one building, you only need to login and enter the information once. If you want to receive texts at one of the cell phone numbers you entered into the Family Profile, please follow the text message opt-in directions below. |

| The Family Profile does not allow you to change the data that is uploaded from PowerSchool. If you need to change that data, please login to your parent PowerSchool account, select E-registration and update your phone and email data. Our secretarial staff will then update PowerSchool. |

| Text Message Opt-In Directions |
| Parents/Guardians wishing to receive a text alert may now “opt-in” to this feature by sending a text message with the word "Alert" to 22300. Note that standard text messaging rates apply for texts received from One Call Now. Not all service plans include SMS text messaging. |

| VERY IMPORTANT NOTE! If you want a text sent to a phone number not uploaded from PowerSchool (home phone and contact 1 cell phone), then you must enter in the number through the Family Profile first and then opt-in for a text for that number by texting the word “Alert” to 22300 from that phone number. |
