    1. 

    		 Establish and successfully implement administrative oversight plan for 4th academic building by July 31, 2012. 
    2.  Assess current and 2012-2013 projected elementary school space needs and resolve with temporary or permanent space solution by July 31, 2012.
    3. Establish and successfully implement plan for 2013 facility new construction and renovations by June 30, 2012.
